At BaseBuilt™, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help — within reasonable terms.
📦 Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:
1 - The item is unused and in original condition
2 - All packaging is intact
3 - You contact us within the return window
Note: Due to hygiene reasons, items like toe spacers and foot mats cannot be returned if opened or worn.
Return Address:
We’ll provide the return address via email upon approval of your return request.

🔁 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item or size, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
1 - You will be notified of approval or rejection
2 - If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
1 - Contact us within 72 hours of delivery at basebuilthelp@gmail.com
2 - Include photos of the issue for faster resolution
3 - We will either send a replacement or issue a refund (case dependent)
❌ Non-Returnable Items
1 - Opened or used hygiene-related products (e.g. toe spacers, foot mats)
2 - Products marked final sale
3 - Items returned without contact or outside the return window
